Thank you for buying from Dive Academy.
Items on this website can only be sold to people age 18 or over. In placing an order on this website you are confirming that you are 18 or over.
No contract exists between you and Dive Academy until Dive Academy has confirmed receipt and acceptance of your order. Dive Academy can withdraw from any contract in the event of errors or inaccuracies in the pricing or description of goods appearing on this website.
eLearning codes purchased online will normally arrive with the buyer within 24 hours. This may take slightly longer if bought over a weekend.
Once an eLearning code has been redeemed on the PADI website we cannot issue refunds.
Course and Dive Bookings

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold relevant qualifications from an authorised training agency to use any goods purchased. Use of scuba equipment by unqualified persons can be dangerous and may lead to serious injury or death. If you have queries about any equipment you intend to purchase please contact Dive Academy on 01935 353525.

Where applicable goods are liable to 20% VAT which is included in the price shown.
Payment will be taken at the time of order and processed on our behalf by Stripe. Should you wish to pay by a method other than credit/debit card please contact Dive Academy to discuss this.
No order will be processed until full payment has been received.
Credit and debit card security is important to us and we will report to the necessary authorities any suspicion that a card is being used fraudulently.
All prices on the website and in-store are subject to change at anytime without prior notice. Orders are accepted upon dispatch of the goods.
Prices on the website and in-store may vary from time to time.
If any goods develop faults that are covered by manufacturers’ guarantee please inform us as soon as possible and we will replace/repair the goods as necessary.
Any fault which develops as a result of misuse will not be liable for repair or replacement.
Delivery and Returns
We offer free next day delivery for orders over £100 (depending on location). Standard delivery of orders under £100 may take 3-5 working days. Next day delivery for orders under £100 is available at the checkout and pricing depends on the weight/size of package. These charges apply to UK mainland addresses only. Additional charges and delivery times may be applicable for certain postcodes within the UK, this will be highlighted at checkout.
Orders must be placed before 12pm to be eligible for next day delivery. The “next day” for orders placed on Friday will be Monday. Goods will not normally be dispatched over the weekend, however if you have an urgent request please do contact Dive Academy and we will do our best to assist.
International delivery is not available, however we are happy if overseas customers wish to arrange collection of goods.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, please let Dive Academy know as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible. If your order is delivered by courier, please note when signing for the parcel that there is damage. If your order does not arrive when expected, please let us know.
If delivery is attempted and you are not in it is your responsibility to contact the courier/Royal Mail to arrange redelivery. Returned packages may be subject to a £15.00 redelivery fee before being re-sent.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days to arrange for return and refund. Please return in original packaging and in original condition. Delivery and return costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be given for goods which have been used or are not in the original packaging/condition unless the goods are faulty.
Orders cancelled before dispatch will be fully refunded, if items have been dispatched any refund will be subject to an administration fee to cover the full cost of delivery.
