If you've ever wondered what it's like to scuba dive, now you can find out in our Yeovil heated pool. A quick and easy introduction into what it takes to explore the underwater world. Although this is not a scuba certification course, you'll learn all the steps it takes to be a PADI certified diver. You'll receive a short briefing and then spend an hour in the pool with a PADI Professional to show you the ropes. You'll learn how your equipment enables you to float to keep you safe at the surface, then your first breaths on scuba equipment will also be at the surface with your face in the water so that you can lift your head at any time. All being well, you'll head underwater to swim around, play some fantastic underwater games, and perhaps learn a few skills. It's a great experience for all ages and a great introduction to the world of scuba diving.
