The PADI Underwater Navigator course fine-tunes your observation skills and teaches you to more accurately use your compass underwater. If you like challenges with big rewards, take this course and have fun finding your way. Increase your navigation skills and improve your confidence. You’ll learn the tools of the trade, including navigation using natural clues and by following compass headings. During three scuba dives in one day you’ll practice: - Methods to estimate distance underwater - Compass navigation while making at least five turns - Marking or relocating a submerged object or position from the surface This is a fun and challenging course which has the reward of increasing your confidence and skills that will help on every single dive, helping you to become a safer and more independent diver. This course is suitable for PADI Open Water divers (or equivalent) aged 10 and older. You will require your own compass and slate for this course. Kit hire is not included with this course however Dive Academy members receive free kit hire when participating in our courses. Talk to a member of the team about membership.
